Noor Al Dahab Al Haditha Trading (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a trading and construction company registered in the Sultanate of Oman, with operations in Salalah, Dhofar. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit the contact form, we receive:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you provide one
- The subject you select and the message you write
We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not buy or sell personal data.
3. Why we use it
We use the details above for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where it leads to a quotation or project, to carry out that work. We will not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.
4. Legal basis
We process your information because you have asked us to respond to you, and because we have a legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our products and services.
5. Who can see it
Your enquiry is delivered to our team by email. It is handled by the staff who need to answer it — typically sales and the relevant division. We share it outside the company only where we must in order to fulfil your request (for example, a supplier quoting on an item you asked about), or where the law requires it.
Service providers
This website uses a third-party form delivery service to pass your message to our inbox. That provider processes the form contents solely to deliver it to us. Our website hosting provider may also keep standard server logs, which can include IP addresses, as part of normal operation and security.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Where an enquiry does not lead to business, we remove it once it is no longer useful.
7. Cookies
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may store small amounts of data locally as part of normal operation. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google’s servers when you open the page; Google may log that request.
8. Your choices
